Introduction

Spinney Lodge is a modernised domestic property converted into 5 self catering holiday apartments.
There are two ground floor apartments, 2 apartments on the first floor and one apartment on the second floor. Access to ground floor is via one low step.

• We are located about 3/4 mile from the local railway and bus stations. The terrain from both is level. We are a similar distance from the town centre and most local amenities.
• Seacoroft Mobility - shop dedicated to disability problems is located about 500 metres form us.
• Please note, there is no lift to first and second floors.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• We have a car park at the rear of the premises, plus Scarbrough Avenue has no parking restrictions. The car park surface is level concrete.
From the car park to the main door there are no steps and the terrain is level.
There is an intercom on the main door. The car park has a security light at night time.

Main Entrance & Reception

• The main entrance to all accommodation is located on the front of the property.
There is on low threshold step (50 mm). the min entrance door is side hung, hinged left side. Arrival is generally by personal appointment.
The ground floor is level throughout. The colour scheme is magnolia.

• All units have private W.C. facilities and accordingly there are no public bathrooms / W.C. facilities.
